Wrought SanMai Serrated (Bread)

This piece is a San mai construction meaning 3 layers. Made up from wrought iron anchor chain on the outside with a hitachi blue, high performance carbon steel, core. The wrought iron has so much character and adds to the beauty of the blade while the core is a solid steel up for almost any task. The handle is made of curly Myrtle wood with a g10 and vintage micarta spacer. This would be a great addition to any kitchen that is all about the self sufficiency in making breads or even those who like to use serrated pieces to cut meats.
