Have I said how much I love wrought iron? Wrapping it around 52100 high carbon steel makes it even better. One 7.5” and the other 7”chef is a San mai construction meaning 3 layers. Wrought iron anchor chain and a pure nickel shim on either side with 52100 high carbon in the middle. A great combination of beauty and utility. 2 handle options, one being black ash burl with a mammoth ivory spacer (7.5”) and the other spalted maple burl with carbon fiber (7”). Both are stunners for sure.
