WE ARE GETTING INTO STAINLESS!!!
Here we have brought some of our more budget friendly aspects into the world of stainless steel! Aebl is one of the most wildly used stainless steels in everything from razors to culinary cutlery. So we figured it would be ideal for a stainless line. 
This is almost an exact copy of our 52100 chef with some minor changes. A gradual sweep to the spine instead of a clip, and a little higher tip for a bit more rocking. With an awesome matte sandblasted finish and the same beautiful paring of richlite and micarta, this chef is ready to do some work!
