These sheepsfoot paring knives are the bees…I mean sheep’s knees?!? With a 3” blade and made from 3/32” thick Aebl high grade stainless steel, they’re fast and light. Hollow ground they wall stay sharp and be easy to put an edge back on. We love a swept back edge, but a flatter edge with a sheepsfoot drop to the point makes this an awesome utility for peeling and slicing alike. This profile is also awesome for foraging for mushrooms or pruning plants in the garden. We love a multi use tool!!! These are set up with some stunning natural and dyed stabilized woods.
