A beautiful mix between maidens hair and feather Damascus, this 8.25” chef is beautiful and can back up all the talk with work. Sporting a S grind to help with food release and hand forged with an integral bolster to make the balance and feel truly amazing. All flowing and inset into a handle of vintage micarta and curly Myrtle burl with the same vintage micarta inset into the pommel. This piece is truly a mix of art and function.
