8” of ballbearing canister Damascus, 52100 ball bearings rolled in 1080+nickel powder and the voids filled with 1084 powder. Beauty is one thing, but the use is another. 8” is a universal length for chef knives and this one is ready to roll. With the distal taper from spine to tip and full flat grinds with and Appleseed edge it’s going to be amazing for just about anything you could put under it. Then the HANDLE!!!! Red coral carbon fiber with a dark matter red carbon fiber liner is just the chefs kiss.
