Twisted Petty Chef

Sometimes it’s good to go outside of the box. 
This is something I’ve wanted to play with for a while, ergonomics over the “ideal look” or shape in a handle. I’ve seen it done well by other makers and feel like this one hit that mark. In the hand, whether you’re rock chopping or doing fine work in a pinch grip, the ergo is there.  Then stepping back and seeing the twisted 1084 and 15n20 Damascus and BEAUTIFUL purple stabilized box elder burl, the look all comes together. With a 5” cutting edge and less than 1/8” at the spine it’s the perfect addition for any kitchen to do a multitude of tasks.
