For those who aren’t comfortable with an 8” chef, but need more than a paring, or just need that missing piece to your set. We have the perfect piece. This is a 7” petty chef, with a clipped or “k” tip for pointy things. Great for almost any general kitchen use. Made from 52100 high carbon steel and stone washed to help with less after care. This piece looks great and can handle the work! With a handle made of richlite and micarta, it can take a beating and keep on truckin. These materials look awesome and will withstand most moisture and heat issues that some woods can’t. This would be an amazing addition to any kitchen.
