Damascus Boning/Trimming

Thin and fast and ready to do some work. This Boning or trimming knife is a great asset to any kitchen. Thin and quick able to get around those tight corners or just trimming extra fat off of that brisket. 1084 and 15n20 twist damascus makes it a looker for sure, then a handle made from purple stabilized maple burl and purple and white trustone spacer just brings the whole piece together.
