Here is our second release of our chef set line!!! Our 6.5” Santoku is a great middle ground between a pairing and full chef. Great for chopping and mincing veggies and herbs or slicing meats and any other kitchen need. The same 52100 high carbon steel as our chef, with great edge retention, stonewashed to make it a little easier to care for. The handle options are the same richlite with a micarta frame so you can match them all or mix them up for fun.
